Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support efficient check-out by handling charges, payments, and receipts with the POS system.
• Provide hotel knowledge to assist with guest inquiries about rooms, rates, promotions and local information.
• Promote hotel services using up-selling techniques to maximize revenue from amenities and services.
• Respond to guest requests with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications to ensure guest delight.
