Qualifications

• Front-desk hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and perform check-in/check-out with accuracy and friendliness.
• Process charges, payments and issue receipts using the POS system.
• Provide hotel and local information to assist guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency.
