Red Sea Sports s Entertainment (RSSE) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Reception and Retail Specialist to be the first point of contact for guests at the Center. You will manage center administration and the retail outlet, ensuring a high-quality visitor experience and a professional, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong hospitality experience, excellent English, and the ability to engage diverse guests while supporting pre-opening activities and ongoing operations at the center.

Formación

• Hospitality track record and experience in front-of-house roles.
• Knowledge of reception concepts, practices and procedures.
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communicator and public speaking abilities.
• Aptitude for outstanding customer service with a can-do attitude.
• Flexible and open-minded approach to environment and tasks.
• Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and nationalities.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Center Manager and assist in smooth center operations.
• Support development of other centers at different assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance of the center.
• Ensure all sales are conducted professionally.
• Work remotely when needed and visit the office as required.
• Manage inventory for preopening and future stock.
• Plan and direct daily retail outlet operations and purchasing budgets.
• Ensure displays are merchandised to maximise sales and profitability.
• Handle customer questions, bookings and course inquiries.
