Job summary

Lucid Motors in Riyadh is seeking a service operations professional to manage customer interactions, coordinate manpower and facilities, and ensure targets related to customer satisfaction and productivity are achieved. Candidates should have 3+ years in automotive service operations, strong inspection knowledge, and excellent communication skills to engage customers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience: +3 years in automotive service operations and service center activities.
• Technical knowledge of vehicle inspections, service processes, and technician coordination.
• Strong communication to interact with customers and internal service teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and document findings with the customer.
• Support CSI and customer retention goals through professional engagement.
• Coordinate with Chief Technicians on job assignments and final inspections.
• Promote a Guest Centric and Fix-It-Right mindset within the service team.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
• Follow up on service complaints and escalate to Workshop Floor Manager when needed.
• Monitor service progress and maintain customer communication throughout repairs.
