Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor of Facilities to lead the ongoing operation and maintenance of critical building systems across shifts. You will oversee in-house and outsourced teams to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

You will act as the SME for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems, coordinating emergency responses and driving continuous improvement in maintenance programs against SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
• 2+ years of facilities operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and preventive/corrective tasks.
• Act as SME for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure safety, quality, and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Lead technical response to facility emergencies and rapid recovery actions.
• Review maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records; support root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, and internal policies.
