Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
• Comfort using workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
• Experience with American vehicles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand concerns, and record service requests.
• Open job cards and document vehicle details, mileage, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians to explain inspection findings and repairs.
• Prepare quotations, explain costs and completion times, obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate with workshop, parts team, and cashier to progress jobs.
• Update customers on repair status and changes to cost or delivery time.
• Explain completed work, invoices, warranty terms, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow up after service and maintain records in the workshop system.
• Aim to achieve service sales and customer satisfaction targets.
