Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles per manufacturer standards. The role supports the service center by delivering high-quality technical service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspections, fault identification, repairs, and testing to guarantee safe operation before delivery. Experience with EV systems and premium brands is preferred; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or technical certification in Automotive Technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service and repair.
Experience with premium automotive brands or EV vehicles is preferred.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance activities.
Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical faults using diagnostic equipment and repair manuals.
Carry out repairs and maintenance according to OEM standards and workshop procedures.
Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure vehicles are operating correctly before delivery.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
