Job summary

Lucid Motors in Riyadh is seeking a service operations professional to manage customer interactions, coordinate manpower and facilities, and ensure targets related to customer satisfaction and productivity are achieved. The role emphasizes a Guest Centric mindset and close collaboration with technicians and parts teams.

Candidates should have 3+ years in automotive service operations, strong inspection knowledge, and excellent communication skills to engage customers and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and document findings with the customer.
  • Support CSI and customer retention goals through professional engagement.
  • Coordinate with Chief Technicians on job assignments and final inspections.
  • Promote a Guest Centric and Fix-It-Right mindset within the service team.
  • Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on service complaints and escalate to Workshop Floor Manager when needed.
  • Monitor service progress and maintain customer communication throughout repairs.

Role Purpose

Facilitate service center operations by managing customer interactions, coordinating manpower and facilities, and ensuring targets related to customer satisfaction, customer retention, and productivity are achieved while following company procedures and standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct pre-acceptance vehicle inspections, including checking for body damage, valuables, and accessories, and document findings with the customer.

  • Support achievement of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and customer retention goals through professional customer engagement.

  • Coordinate with Chief Technicians on job assignments, diagnostics, and final vehicle inspections to ensure repairs meet customer expectations.

  • Promote a \"Guest Centric\" and \"Fix-It-Right\" mindset within the service team.

  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of spare parts and timely vehicle delivery.

  • Follow up on service complaints, issues, and concerns and escalated them to the Workshop Floor Manager when necessary.

  • Monitor service progress and maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.


Minimum Requirements


  • Experience: +3 years of experience in automotive service operations, customer service, and service center activities is preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle inspection, service processes, and coordination with technicians and parts departments.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers and coordinate with internal service teams.


Compensation & Benefits

Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a401(k) retirementplan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
