Job summary

Medtronic Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Order Management / Customer Service professional to manage customer orders and documentation across regions. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and BU managers, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with distributors and customers.

The role requires knowledge of Incoterms, SAP, MS Office, strong communication, and willingness to travel. You will contribute to process improvements, maintain master data, and support third-party

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in Order Management or Customer Service in a multinational company.
• Experience in Medical Device or Pharma is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer orders in compliance with current policies and work instructions.
• Monitor customer payments in collaboration with Finance and BU managers.
• Maintain close day-to-day relationships with distributors and service providers.
• Manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Support organizing third-party warehousing and distribution operations.
