Job summary

Technogym in Saudi Arabia seeks an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing, from quote to billing, ensuring policy compliance and premium customer experience. You will coordinate with sales, optimise deliveries, and maintain accurate backlog in the CRM system.

Requirements include 2–3 years in Order Management or Customer Service, ERP experience (SAP preferred), strong communication, and good knowledge of VAT regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Order Management or Customer Service.

Responsibilities
