Alvarez & Marsal in Riyadh seeks a Global Mobility & Employment Contracts Associate to coordinate international assignments and draft employment documents for Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with 3–5+ years in mobility, immigration, or HR operations.

You will partner with HR, Legal and external providers to ensure compliant, timely processes across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, law, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Global Mobility, immigration, contracts, HR operations, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern labor laws, regulatory requirements, and immigration processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate international relocations, assignments, transfers, and repatriation.
• Draft, review, and coordinate employment contracts and related documentation in Arabic and English.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across the Middle East.
• Provide guidance to HR teams and stakeholders on contractual documentation and processes.
