alfanar is seeking an HR professional to support career development, mobility, and lifecycle processes. You will ensure accurate HR records, drive performance management activities, and coordinate assignments locally and internationally in line with company policies.

The role emphasizes HR compliance, relocation support, and HRIS proficiency, with responsibilities spanning from onboarding through offboarding across our Riyadh-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or a related field with relevant coursework.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in HR roles.
• Proven knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and relocation processes.

Responsabilités

• Career planning and development support within HR processes.
• Coordinate employee mobility, transfers and assignments per policy.
• Manage performance management timelines and documentation.
• Oversee probation, termination, and outplacement procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRMS and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, confidentiality, and legal requirements.
