Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Sharia, or a related legal discipline.
• 6-8 years of relevant legal experience with emphasis on commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi contractual and commercial legal requirements.
• Experience supporting negotiations with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Excellent drafting, research, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Identify contractual risks, liabilities, obligations, and unfavorable provisions.
• Provide practical legal advice on contractual and commercial matters.
• Support contract negotiations, claims, notices, and dispute-related matters.
• Ensure contracts comply with Saudi laws, policies, approved templates, and governance.
• Develop and maintain standard contracts, clauses, templates, and legal guidelines.
• Monitor contract records, approvals, deadlines, amendments, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate with Business Units, Procurement, Finance, external counsel, and contracting parties.
• Supervise assigned legal employees, review their work, provide guidance, and support their development.
