EY's Immigration Team in MENA is seeking a Visa & Immigration Coordinator – Associate based in Riyadh to support end-to-end visa processes for employees across the MENA region with a focus on KSA requirements.

You will coordinate with applicants, government authorities and vendors, maintain accurate documentation, track timelines, and ensure compliance with local laws under supervision. 1–3 years in immigration or HR coordination preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in immigration, HR operations, or coordination roles.
• Exposure to visa processes within KSA and/or the MENA region.
• Basic understanding of labor and immigration compliance.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end visa and immigration processes across MENA, with a focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA) requirements.
• Coordinate with applicants, government authorities, and external vendors to assist in timely processing.
• Provide guidance to employees on visa procedures, documentation, and timelines under supervision.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for secondees and business travelers.
• Support visa renewals, extensions, and related mobility requirements.
• Prepare and review immigration documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up-to-date records and trackers for visa and mobility activities.
• Support adherence to KSA and MENA immigration laws and internal policies.
• Liaise with employees, HR teams, and external stakeholders to support smooth coordination.
• Assist in processing immigration-related expenses and vendor invoices.
• Support tracking and reconciliation of costs.
• Provide timely and accurate support to employees regarding immigration queries.
• Escalate issues where required and support resolution in a proactive manner.
