Confidential in Riyadh is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to provide legal guidance and support across contracts, compliance, disputes, and regulatory matters. You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise management, and coordinate with external counsel as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law, with 5–10 years of relevant experience and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree or professional legal certification is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law or eligible under local regulations (preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Provide legal guidance and advice to management and internal departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws, commercial laws, corporate regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle legal disputes, claims, litigation matters, and coordinate with external law firms when required.
• Review company policies, procedures, and governance frameworks from a legal perspective.
• Advise on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and termination cases.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions.
• Protect company intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and confidential information.
• Represent the company before government authorities and regulatory bodies when needed.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain proper legal documentation and records.
