How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities and maintain and update project documentation and records.
- Coordinate project schedules, monitor deadlines, and prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations and identify and communicate potential project risks and issues.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Coordinate between team leaders and project managers for logging and following NCRs on the system and support project execution and assist project managers with administrative requests such as travel and hotel arrangements and support training activities for the team and related administrative tasks, including preparing documentation and editing project reports, presentations, organization charts, and correspondence.
- Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager and file, organize, and maintain documents (physical and digital) and support invoice issuance, submission, and acknowledgment.
- Prepare materials for and assist in project reviews. Update project cost monitoring, control, and release requests for invoices based on instructions from the Project Manager.
- Arrange training materials, logistics files, and facilities for training. Support other functions as required and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates. Schedule and coordinate meetings and prepare and log all NCR site-related information in the system (SAP) and follow up on closure.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and meeting documentation for stakeholders and act as a communication liaison between project team members and external parties.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. Organize and maintain project files and records for easy retrieval and support budget monitoring processes and assist the operations manager with risk management.

Your Background
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, a diploma in project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or project support position is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft planning tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
