The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has 0-1 years in a similar role, with strong English and Arabic communication and a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all guests with genuine enthusiasm and a personalized approach.
• Conduct efficient check-ins and check-outs with accurate guest information.
• Maintain smooth communication with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments.
• Identify upselling opportunities across rooms, F&B outlets, and spa to support revenue targets.
• Enroll guests into loyalty programs such as ALL ACCOR to boost conversions.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and log feedback in the appropriate systems.
