Job summary

Accor, a pioneer in responsible hospitality, seeks entry-level Front Office staff under the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program in Saudi Arabia. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, manage reservations, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Sales to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Open to fresh graduates with basic English and a strong passion for hospitality; flexible roster and excellent communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
• Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates or those with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Basic English skills are a must.
• Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who contributes to and assists co-workers.
• Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome & Departure: greet guests professionally and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
• Reservations Management: manage online, phone, and walk-in reservations and update the PMS.
• Guest Services & Communication: serve as the central contact for inquiries and ensure accurate information dissemination.
• Inter-Departmental Coordination: work with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, and Sales for smooth experience.
• Administrative & Financial Duties: process payments, maintain records, and balance financial reports.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: upsell rooms and promote hotel facilities and services.
