Job summary

Raffles Makkah Palace in Makkah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver professional, friendly service, greet guests, check in, and settle accounts while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities include guiding guests about hotel facilities, responding at the desk, driving rate with up-selling room brands, and adhering to safety policies. A strong presentation and teamwork mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) or similar; second language an asset.
• Previous customer-related experience preferred.
• Previous PMS experience an asset.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Respond to each guest who approaches the Reception Desk.
• Drive rate through up-selling room brands.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Respond to each guest who approaches the Reception Desk
• Drive rate through up-selling room brands
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
