Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts at Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, seeks a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

You will supervise room attendants, participate in daily briefings, handle guest concerns, log maintenance items, and uphold safety and sanitation policies while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (verbal & written) essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel housekeeping environment.
• Proven training skills.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Micros-Fidelio desirable.
• Proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills.
