Job summary

Four Seasons Red Sea is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily Front Desk operations and guide reception staff. You will ensure warm welcomes, smooth check-in/out, and personalized service, while upholding Four Seasons standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in a front office supervisory capacity, fluency in Arabic and English, and familiarity with Opera PMS. Local candidates only under Saudi labor rules apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front office or guest-facing supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Locals only as per the Saudi labour law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with training, coaching and supporting Front Desk staff.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor shift checklists, ensure billing accuracy and maintain smooth communication with other departments.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, grooming and professionalism.
