Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, offers a luxury resort experience with 361 rooms, eleven dining concepts, an overwater restaurant, and a spa. We seek a Front Office Supervisor to lead Reception and Guest Service, coordinating with Butler, Housekeeping and Engineering to deliver exemplary service.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, along with supervisory experience in a luxury hotel and strong cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Experience supervising front desk or guest services in luxury hotels.
Ability to handle cash accurately and effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise Receptionists/Guest Service Agents and ensure tasks meet Raffles standards.
Ensure staff breaks and adequate coverage in Lobby and Front Desk.
Maintain cleanliness and order in Front Office and surrounding areas.
Manage reception and cashier duties; cover shifts when required.
Coordinate arrivals/departures and communicate guest needs with departments.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with Rooms Coordinator on allocations and room moves.
Monitor daily financial goals and hotel performance metrics.
