We are a growing company specialized in Coffe shops services and operational consulting. We are looking to hire experienced freelance Coffe shop Managers / Consultants to provide professional consultation and operational support to restaurants and cafés across Saudi Arabia in diffrent Countries. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong hands‑on experience and want flexible, project‑based work.

Key Responsabilities

• Provide operational consultation for restaurants and cafés.
• Analyze restaurant performance (operations, staff, costs, service quality).
• Improve restaurant workflows, SOPs, and daily operations.
• Support menu engineering, cost control, and food cost optimization.
• Advise on staff management, training, and performance improvement.
• Assist in restaurant setup, restructuring, or operational turnaround.
• Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• open to all Nationalities Arabic nationality prefered. Must be currently inside Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as: Coffe shop Manager Operations Manager F\&B Consultant
• Strong experience in: Restaurants & cafés operations Staff management and training Cost control & KPIs
• Fluent in Arabic (Very Good in English).
• Professional communication and consulting mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
