Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a dedicated Optical Retail Specialist to identify customer needs, recommend frames, lenses, contact lenses, and sunglasses. You will drive sales, upsell, and ensure accurate dispensing and insurance handling in a fast-paced store across Saudi Arabia.

Excellent English and Arabic communication is required, along with SCFHS licensure. A Diploma/Bachelor in Optics and 2–5 years in optical retail are preferred.

• SCFHS license (as required)

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
• Drive conversion, upselling, cross-selling and promotions execution.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support store performance.
• Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Read and interpret prescriptions accurately.
• Perform contact lenses fitting as per standards.
• Ensure correct dispensing and product selection.
• Process transactions accurately through POS system.
• Handle insurance approvals and invoicing (Wassel / NPHIES).
• Maintain stock accuracy and product safety.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across categories.
• Verify prescription, lens specs, and frame alignment.
• Deliver zero-error orders and resolve issues before handover.
• Work with team to achieve store targets.
• Support colleagues and share product knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain ethical handling of customers and insurance.
