Job summary

Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Manea Company is seeking an optics sales associate in Saudi Arabia. You will provide expert guidance on lenses and eyewear, explain features and specs, and ensure precise IPD measurements for accurate orders.

Responsibilities include order follow-up, insurance and invoicing processes, staff training, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• 1. Provide technical consultations to customers and select the appropriate lenses and eyeglasses based on their needs.
• 2. Explain the features and specifications of products to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• 3. Take IPD measurements and ensure the accuracy of the order data.
• 4. Follow up on lens and eyeglass orders with the lab until they are completed and delivered to the customer.
• 5. Follow up on insurance requests and approvals, as well as invoicing and printing procedures.
• 6. Continuously train staff on the technical aspects related to lenses and eyeglasses.
• 7. Develop sales methods and achieve monthly sales targets.
• 8. Receive and welcome customers, and provide a distinctive service experience.
• 9. Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a high level of their satisfaction.
• 10. Promote offers, seasons, and discounted merchandise.
• 11. Adhere to the official dress code and work policies and procedures.
• 12. Perform other tasks related to the position and assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1. Diploma or higher in Optics, or a related field.
• 2. Hold a valid professional license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• 3. Previous experience in the field of optics is an advantage.
• 4. Good communication skills, customer service, and sales.
• 5. Ability to work within a team and achieve sales targets.
• 6. Saudi nationality.
