Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Makkah Region is seeking an Optical Sales Associate to identify customer needs and recommend frames, lenses, CLs, and sunglasses. You will deliver a professional customer journey and drive conversions, supporting store performance.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, reading prescriptions, basic fittings, processing POS transactions, and assisting with insurance documentation. Proficiency in English and Arabic and SCFHS is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of optical and technical processes.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• SCFHS license or eligibility.
• 0–2 years of experience in optical sales or related field.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (oral and written).

Experience: 0 - 2 years’ experience in related field.
