Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an optical sales associate to identify customer needs and recommend frames, lenses, contact lenses, and sunglasses. You will drive conversions, upsell and promote promotions, while achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.

You will deliver a professional and engaging customer journey, handle inquiries, build loyalty, and read prescriptions accurately. Basic fitting support and coordination with opticians are also part of the role.
