Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations across hotel outlets, banquets and events. You will direct the culinary team, develop menus, control costs and ensure top quality, safety and guest satisfaction.

You will work with other departments to elevate dining experiences and drive brand standards in a luxury hotel environment. English communication is essential, Arabic a plus, and you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisines and modern culinary trends.
• Experience in banquet and large-scale event operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
