Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya seeks a motivated Jr. Sous Chef - Events to lead in the Events Culinary Operations. You will support banquet planning, preparation, and execution of menus while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with teams, ensure Hyatt standards, and assist with menu development for weddings, conferences, VIP events, and special occasions. A fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, including banquet or event operations in a hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and HACCP standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all culinary operations related to events, banquets, and catering functions.
