Overview
Head Chefese Cuisine - A possibility for a Head Cook arose with our customer in KSA for an upscale Japanese dining establishment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Group Executive Head Cook in producing new menu things and also new dishes if required
- Ensure that all the food satisfies the finest standards & is performed on time
- Coordinate with the kitchen team & aiding them as required
- Train the group to prepare & cook the food according to the dishes
- Stocktaking active ingredients & devices & putting orders as needed
- Implement and also apply all the HACCP standards
- Coach, counsel, and discipline staff, offering useful responses to improve performance
- Make sure all dishes are maintained and also upgraded and precise setting you back of all meals prepared
- Able to execute recipes provided by the Group Executive Chef
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar placement in an upscale/high-end Japanese dining establishment
- Solid management and also individuals administration
- Enthusiasm for creating incredible food that thrills & attracts clients
- Creative & cutting-edge
- Hands-on technique to all operational facets
- Superb communication skills & computer system abilities
- Excellent culinary technological skills
- Ability to prosper in a fast-paced working setting
