• Resolve guest calls, requests or problems by coordinating with the appropriate department.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and up-sell while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the software when taking guest reservations.
• Provide general office support to Sales & Marketing as needed.
