Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Jeddah seeks a dynamic Guest Service Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service at the front desk. You will welcome guests, check them in per SOPs, and assist with day-to-day facilities issues while maintaining privacy and hotel standards.

You will also upsell rooms to walk-in guests, manage cash, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver professional customer service.
• Willingness to check in/out guests per SOPs.
• Experience in cash handling or cashier operations.
• Ability to collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently professional, friendly service to guests.
• Check in guests taking into account the established SOPs.
• Check out departing guests in accordance with the standards.
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests and handle day-to-day facility issues.
• Responsible for cash handling and currency exchange per policy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
• Ensure Guest Service Desk is staffed and ready for guests.
