Qualifications

• Experience supervising banquet events and coordinating large-scale functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest-centered mindset.
• Ability to lead a diverse event team and manage on-the-spot decisions.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with a friendly, proactive attitude in all interactions.
• Supervise the planning, organization and execution of banquet events ( breakfasts, breaks, luncheons, dinners, galas).
• Oversee setup of function rooms: linens, silverware, glassware, chinaware to spec and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, AV, and Housekeeping.
• Oversee event teardown and ensure equipment storage for next event.
• Manage banquet staff: scheduling, supervision, coaching, recognition.
