Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of events across F&B outlets (breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, galas).
• Ensure flawless event setup including linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
• Communicate event specifications to relevant teams and monitor updates.
• Oversee event breakdown and store equipment properly for next use.
• Manage F&B team scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
