Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the back-of-house team, oversee dishwashing, utility staff, and ensure clean, organized spaces for restaurant and banquet operations. You will coach staff, schedule shifts, and drive service excellence while upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.

This role collaborates with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service, manages inventories, reports breakage, and supports cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a 5-star hotel sector.
• At least 2 years in a Stewarding Team Leader role in an international brand hotel.
• Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily back-of-house operations, including utility stewards and dishwashers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house spaces.
• Manage inventory, equipment storage, and function-related deliveries.
• Coach, schedule shifts, and conduct staff evaluations.
• Track breakage, update manuals, and assist with inventories for cost control.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams for seamless service.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulation compliance.
