Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking a Conference & Events Manager to drive revenue and deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests. You will coordinate with hotel departments, manage client relationships, and ensure proposals and site tours are compelling while upholding Hilton standards.

In this role you will manage inquiries, develop sales strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful events, aiming to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining exceptional service

Qualifications

Experience in conference and events sales.
Ability to manage client relationships and partnerships.
Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional event teams.

Responsibilities

Drive C&E revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies.
Manage client relationships with event organizers and partners.
Handle event inquiries from initial contact to confirmation with accurate proposals and quotes.
Coordinate with Operations, Banqueting, F&B and other departments to deliver events.
Conduct site inspections and present facilities to potential clients.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular revenue updates.
Support promotions and client visits to increase C&E opportunities.
Maintain Hilton standards throughout the sales process.
