Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily reservations operations and lead a dedicated team. You will manage group blocks, inventory, and rooming lists, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contracts while driving guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, training skills, and proficiency with reservations systems to deliver exceptional service and seamless group bookings in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and front desk operations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coach staff.
• Familiarity with reservations systems and group bookings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations to support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue goals.
• Lead the reservations team through training, coaching, and quality checks.
• Manage group blocks, inventory, and rooming lists in line with contracts and occupancy targets.
• Support group reservation execution, including block building, billing, and checklists.
• Prepare key reports such as Group Pickup, No-Show, and Channel activity.
• Ensure data integrity across reservation systems and group master records.
• Provide reservations support to inquiries and updates with a focus on exceptional service.
