Job summary

Talents Sea | تالنتس سي in Riyadh, KSA seeks an experienced Enterprise Associate - Customer Success to champion the enterprise customer experience, manage the lifecycle, and drive long-term retention and satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will ensure clients realize value from our services while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6+ years in CS/Account Management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (Speaking & Writing) is strictly required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new enterprise clients and guiding them through setup, implementation, and training.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise accounts and proactively solve pain points.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, handling day-to-day technical issues and guiding clients on best practices.
• Partner with Sales on renewal strategies and inform clients about usage via dashboards and metrics.
• Gather customer feedback and advocate for client needs across Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
