Job summary

The HR Game in Riyadh is hiring for a Customer Success / Client Support role to guide clients through Mohasby services, answer inquiries, and ensure timely issue resolution. You will maintain CRM records, coordinate with accounting and operations, and help onboard new clients while driving satisfaction and retention.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, with bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Good command of Arabic and English preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting or SaaS services.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout their journey with Mohasby services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate between clients and internal accounting/operations teams.
• Help onboard new clients and guide them through our processes.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance experience.
• Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and satisfaction.
• Support the team in improving retention and engagement strategies.
