Job summary

Upciti is seeking a seasoned Customer Success / Account Management professional to own a Saudi-based client portfolio and drive post-sale adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities. You will lead onboarding, executive reviews, and cross-functional coordination with product and sales teams.

The role requires strong relationship-building, travel readiness, and the ability to operate in a startup-like, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Manage a Saudi-based client portfolio with regional scope.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities and cross-sells.
• Lead executive-level meetings (kickoffs, reviews, performance assessments).
• Deliver product training and onboarding for clients.
• Monitor adoption metrics and build client-facing reports.
• Travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment handovers from sales.
• Run regular structured check-ins with clients (weekly/monthly).
• Drive portfolio growth and renewal through up-sell.
• Bridge client needs with product, tech and commercial teams.
