Job Purpose

To promote EV Charging Solutions by coordinating marketing efforts, engaging with key VIP customers, and fostering relationships with governmental ministries, following up on marketing intelligence and competitor activities to enhance our market position.

Key Accountability Areas

Coordination with Marketing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop prequalification and marketing assets for EV Charging Solutions
• Ensure that all marketing materials align with company branding and messaging.

Customer Engagement

• Conduct regular visits to VIP customers in collaboration with sales units to understand their needs and promote our EV Charging Solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Government Liaison

• Follow up with relevant ministries to promote EV Charging Solutions, ensuring that our offerings are well-represented in government initiatives and projects.
• Attend government meetings and industry events to showcase commitment to sustainable solutions.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on findings.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share updates regularly.
• Prepare and present reports on customer engagement activities, market intelligence, and sales performance.
