Job summary

National Contracting Company Limited (NCC Energy) in KSA seeks an Engineer III - Sales Marketing to drive growth by identifying, developing and securing EPC and industrial service opportunities through technical sales support and strategic account management.

You will collaborate with clients, OEMs and internal teams to develop competitive proposals and expand market presence across Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Data Centers and Hydrogen initiatives, while leveraging CRM to

Qualifications

BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
5–8 years of relevant sales and business development experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
HSE awareness and commitment to quality management principles.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue and secure EPC projects and service opportunities through customer engagement.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline with CRM, estimation, and proposal teams.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer mapping.
Prepare monthly forecasts, order intake, and pipeline KPIs.
Conduct customer visits, presentations and workshops to generate RFQs.
Identify opportunities from Vision 2030 including renewables and hydrogen.
