Mina Excellence is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Saudi Arabia to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliant service delivery under Saudi Labour Law and company policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Experience using HR Management Systems (HRMS).
• Understanding of payroll processes, employee benefits, and personnel administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, status changes.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR documents.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and timekeeping activities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of monthly payroll data.
• Handle employee HR policy, benefits, leave, and employment inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and govt platforms.
• Manage medical insurance enrolment, renewals, and coordination.
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and docs expiry.
• Maintain data in HRMS.
• Support HR policy implementations and process improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
