Job summary

Maximus KSA is seeking an experienced Empowerment Training Manager to lead a team of Empowerment Trainers and drive high-quality learning interventions across operations.

The role focuses on training performance, learning design, and customer satisfaction, with responsibilities spanning coaching, content creation, and LMS integrity to support ongoing development and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, training delivery, or L&D.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of trainers.
• Experience designing and developing training programs and learning content.
• Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Empowerment Trainers to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor trainer utilization, delivery hours, learner satisfaction, assessment outcomes, and administrative performance.
• Plan and manage monthly training schedules, balancing delivery, administration, and design tasks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development within the team.
• Design and develop engaging learning content, facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create and enhance learning programs.
• Deliver training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) as required.
• Ensure LMS administration and training records are accurate.
• Prepare operational reports, management updates, and performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning and customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training performance, designing impactful learning solutions, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of learner experience and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Empowerment Trainers to achieve operational and performance KPIs.
• Monitor trainer utilization, delivery hours, learner satisfaction, assessment outcomes, and administrative performance.
• Plan and manage monthly training schedules, balancing training delivery, administration, and learning design activities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development within the training team.
• Design and develop engaging learning content, facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and enhance learning programs.
• Deliver training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) when required.
• Ensure accurate Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training records.
• Prepare operational reports, management updates, and performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, information security, health & safety, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Adult Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, training delivery, or Learning & Development.
• Previous experience leading and managing a team of trainers or facilitators.
• Proven experience designing and developing training programs and learning content.
• Experience delivering both instructor-led and virtual training.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams); experience with design tools is an advantage.
