Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Training Operations Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of internal and external training programs. You will oversee training teams, content development, field delivery, onboarding, quality, and impact measurement to drive performance improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, curriculum development, LMS proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external clients across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Training or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in training management & learning operations.
• Experience planning, executing, and measuring training impact.
• Experience leading multi-level training teams across locations.
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, ADDIE, OJT).
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of LMS and data analysis tools like Excel/Power BI.
• Strong leadership, planning, reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of training operations across internal and external programs.
• Analyze workforce reports to identify training needs and priorities.
• Coordinate with departments and external clients to define requirements and implementation plans.
• Oversee field and operational execution of all training programs.
• Monitor supervision and trainer performance, ensuring content adherence and schedules.
• Resolve operational challenges in coordination with relevant departments.
• Develop foundational training programs for new employees across groups and clients.
• Coordinate theoretical and field training to ensure readiness and quality delivery.
• Analyze performance gaps and develop programs to boost skills and capabilities.
• Monitor program implementation and measure impact on performance.
• Oversee on-the-job training across sites and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Evaluate outputs and recommend improvements based on data and field observations.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, quality, attendance, outcomes and improvements.

The role will oversee training teams, content development, field training, onboarding programs, training quality, and impact measurement to ensure a high-quality learning experience and measurable improvement in performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of training operations across internal and external training programs.
• Analyze workforce reports and business requirements to identify training needs and priorities.
• Coordinate with departments and external clients to define training requirements and develop implementation plans.
• Oversee the field and operational execution of all training programs.
• Monitor the performance of training supervisors, specialists, and trainers, ensuring adherence to schedules and approved content.
• Resolve operational challenges in coordination with relevant departments.
• Develop foundational training programs for new employees across the Group and external client organizations.
• Coordinate theoretical and field training requirements to ensure readiness and quality delivery.
• Analyze performance gaps and develop training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.

• Oversee on-the-job training - OJT - across work locations and ensure learning objectives are achieved.

• Oversee the continuous development of training materials, including technical, behavioral, product, and operational content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Training, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in training management & learning operations.
• Strong experience in planning, executing, and measuring the impact of training programs.
• Experience leading multi-level training teams across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick, ADDIE, and OJT.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems - LMS - and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Strong leadership, planning, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
