Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering trainer-led learning programmes.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data reporting.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track trainer-led programmes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate learning activities and logistics across programmes.
• Design, administer and analyse surveys and assessments to measure outcomes.
• Create clear, consistent performance reports for stakeholders.
