Job summary

Maximus KSA in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Empowerment Training Manager to lead and develop a team of Empowerment Trainers while delivering high‑quality learning interventions across operations. The role requires strong leadership, instructional design expertise, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will design learning solutions, manage LMS records, drive performance dashboards, mentor trainers, and collaborate with SMEs to continually improve learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development or related field.
• 5+ years experience in learning design, training delivery, or L&D.
• Experience leading and managing a team of trainers or facilitators.

• Experience delivering both instructor-led and virtual training.

We are seeking an experiencedEmpowerment Training Managerto lead and develop a team of Empowerment Trainers while driving the successful delivery of high-quality learning interventions across our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training performance, designing impactful learning solutions, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of learner experience and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Empowerment Trainers to achieve operational and performance KPIs.
• Monitor trainer utilization, delivery hours, learner satisfaction, assessment outcomes, and administrative performance.
• Plan and manage monthly training schedules, balancing training delivery, administration, and learning design activities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development within the training team.
• Design and develop engaging learning content, facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and evaluation tools.

Requirements
