Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of progressive operations experience in e‑commerce or logistics.
• Proven ability to scale large operations from scratch or scale-up.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; strong English for cross‑functional work.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and its operational dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale end‑to‑end electronics operations, from inbound to last‑mile delivery.
• Define standards, dashboards, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Commercial, and CX teams.
• Build and lead an high‑performing operations team with clear accountability.
