Job summary

noon is seeking a Logistics/Business Analytics professional to join our fast-paced team in Saudi Arabia. You will leverage Excel, BigQuery, Python, Power BI and Data Studio to transform data into actionable insights, support cost control, and drive strategic logistics initiatives across the organization.

The role requires ≥3 years in e-commerce logistics, a bachelor's in logistics or related field, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or related logistics roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deputize for the Shift as required.
• Carry out debriefs of staff and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Follow SOPs and perform security checks before shift end.
• Assign work to staff to support workflow and daily metrics.
• Support development of health and safety culture through compliance.
• Analyze logistics complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage logistics billing, cost control, and cross-functional project delivery.
