Job summary

Namaa in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across processing centers in Saudi Arabia. You will manage facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operations management, with Arabic and English communication, knowledge of Food Safety, and experience with P&L metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. (Arabic & English essential)
• Knowledgeable about Food Safety requirements.
• Background in financials and P&L metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts.
• Lead training and meetings for the processing staff.
• General handyman duties around the hub, a plus.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timeline.
• Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees.
• Collaborate with Customer Success team to prepare for big orders/launches/spikes in business.
• Troubleshoot processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware.
• Inventory & Ordering; Audits.
• Review daily inventories and place orders to replenish inventories.
• Perform storage and common area audits.
• Review KPI metrics and support planning with facility management.
• Coach new and existing shift leads.
• Fill in shifts during call-outs, provide staffing support.
• Review financials and support P&L understanding.
